Not send them here. I got sent here after my original pickup location, over an hour and a half away, got changed. Not enough pads for my reservation, and they had zero customer service

The truck was dirty from the start with cardboard left inside and the furniture dolly I had put on my reservation was not there. Instead of the location removing it and informing U-Haul they still gave me the truck. I had to then contact support to get this charge removed. Additionally, when I was checking out since the truck was dirty from the last people. I put down that I do not recommend someone using it again before a cleaning and they charged me $25 for a cleaning fee without any room for an explanation. I’m very disappointed in this process. Do not go to this location!!
