Figure out a way to have better visibility of when the equipment is available .... I had no idea that I was going to be able to get the piece I needed until the day before .... Very challenging to plan moving with an unknown

GARY MPrince was great in getting us set up. He had good advice on how to deal with hills. He told us specifically when the van was due back and to fill it with regular gas. He was also very kind.
Mark CConfirmed truck 3 days earlier then on the day we reserved it for I had to drive 100 miles to pick the truck and trailer up. Otherwise the truck was great as I had to drive 800 Miles. I was given an extra day and $50 credit. Should have been much more.
