The customer service by Prince was excellent. The truck was clean on the inside, but the windshield was filthy. Not sure if the windshield is supposed to be cleaned or not. We did have to drive 30 minutes from our original pick up place, but we were given a break and additional miles, so as far as the UHaul experience, I was happy.
