associate was made aware of right signal not working on trailer when we arrived to pick it up. he said do you want it or not, due to needing to deliver something timely to pinellas park, we had no choice. placed a complaint and no one cared. drove ove 800 miles with no right blinker. the person at the pinellas park dealership, stated it checked out and must of been one of my fuses. i wish the other person in Tennessee could of checked the trailer and suggested the resolve. terrible customer service in tennesee.
William RFix the vehicle, it costed me extra gas then what it should because I had to put all the way from one location to the next because the transmission sounded like it was going out in it. The inside of it was completely dirty I had to clean it before I could use it so that my items did not get dirty and now I'm getting charged and extra $100 that I don't understand why they did not do their job correctly I was very displeased and will not be renting from them ever again. I might not ever rent from U-Haul again because of the bad experience that I had.
