This location, HANNAH on Dumplin Valley, did a great job. She went over every point and answered all questions. She couldn't help that the original pickup location and the man who runs it Robert and the U-haul Lady he kept calling and speaking to were straight up ssaholes over location charging. In the end it was placed in my lap but I'll never rent from U-Haul again since they decided to charge me in town drop off of $125 when I and Hannah had already had it cleared the day before that I would drop at the specific location. Robert made sure to give me Julie's number and not the actual lady he was originally dealing with for over 75% of the drop off return.
TONYA THighly dissatisfied that when we dropped off the U-Haul early that we wasn't credited for days unused after being told we would and was credited previously on rental before!!! Only complaint especially for the price you pay!!!
Misty HStaff were friendly, just dropped off the truck and handed them the keys.
