Although counter pick up was requested at specific time and confirmed via email, no attendant was on site at the time. 20 minutes after rental time start an attendant appeared. APP check in is cumbersome and only works when having ATT mobile contract. This means visitors/travelers will have difficulty using the online services. For those reasons an attendant is necessary. No sheltered area available to process outside check in and drop off.
