No one on site to check in rental.
BERNARD Hno one was there, its a vacant building. I called the phone number it gave me, but no answer and no way to leave a message. i had to just drop it off where it would fit. small and crowded parking lot.
KORY WThe app was very user friendly and efficient and would have been alot less headache from the jump. The key box was empty from the previous renter so I called and was given another code for the second box and that one was also empty. The woman I spoke with was very nice and kept apologizing about the inconvience of the key boxes. So we then decided to drive to another location to pick up a different truck because they were waiting to hear back from the prevoius renter as to where the keys truck were rented was faulty and caused us more stress than anything else. The air conditioner would cool sometimes and then stop. The truck wouldn't crank one day and It caused me to need more time to get our things to our new shop
