The man at sweats wrecker service was very rude and hateful and very disrespectful and was not informative or helpful at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
The key drop box is not clearly marked and is not locked.
Van's transmission sounded shot and would grind any time you put it in gear. Also either the front wheel bearings or tie rods sound about dead. Good customer service, good location, very helpful.
Poor service was told the truck didn't have to be back till Monday because they were closed on Sundays then get charged for an extra day I would not refer anyone to rent from this place it's a joke.
The person working was very rude. He called me yesterday about returning the Uhaul and got short with me and hung up. I will never use this location again.

No one there to assist hooking trailer to the truck, even at the drop off location. One or even two people cannot pick the trailer up to attach to the hitch. Why doesn't these trailer have tongue jacks?
I was told I had to put the trailer on the hitch myself because of a new UHaul rule. Since I an old (72) and small, this is not pleasing! The clerk was nice to show me every little thing to do and showed me when I had done it wrong and how to fix it. I appreciated this, but do not appreciate this new UHaul policy! I think that screw tightener you have is designed for employees not customers. It is hard for me to tell when it is really tight.
The only issue is your website did not identify the closest locations. It also sent me to an incorrect address. Once I found the place, they were great.
This location was closed when we dropped off the truck. It was not inviting at all. It looked like a rundown scrap yard. Definitely not somewhere you would think Uhaul would operate from.
Paid full price for a 1 day rental. Was only allowed 30 miles to get my move done. The closest location is 16 miles round trip which didn't leave me much mileage to get the move done. Ended up getting charged for extra 70 miles at .40/mile. Either allow more mileage or offer unlimited mileage like Penske for 1 way rentals.
Truck was clean EXCEPT that the previous customer had left muddy shoe prints all over the passenger side floorboard...which I had to clean prior to turn-in.

Helpful staff when returning truck as they shared where to take lots of trash to recycle and helped with information on other return status details.
Asked about returning equipment within 24 hours and was told that it would be discounted when it was turned in. Was not made aware of flat rate for one way. It showed 4 day rental only needed for 1. Returned within 25 hours. Upon return was then informed of the flat rate and no refund for the early return.
It was an inconvenience for employees
The rental agreement showed 1/4 full tank but there was less than 1/8 tank -- had to add gas immediately. Cabin had trash and strong tobacco smell. Payload area had trash. I made the reservation 2 weeks prior to a location 15 miles away -- told at last minute to drive to another location to get vehicle.
Took me almost an hour to check out. They continued to have computer issues.
The Clerk named Hailey was the RUDEST, most belligerent person I have experience in a customer service role. I was completely astonished by her confrontational and disregard for customer service and U-haul. I have posted on social media my extremely horrible experience with her. She needs to be terminated and U-Haul needs to perform a secret visit to this location and see how horrible she represents your company.
Not much. This is the easiest U-Haul facility I've used. They actually knew what they were doing.

They did great and took the time to help and answer some questions about my reservation. The uhaul location 5 miles up the road just told me to go online to make my reservation and if they had the equipment theyd help me tomorrow.
DO NOT CHANGE A THING. EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU, TO ALL THE FOLKS AT SWEAT'S FOR EVERYTHING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL.
