There wasn’t anyone at the location when we arrived because of the day and time. The personnel selection shouldn’t be a required field

STEVEN RThe location was closed for 2 ½ hours over lunch and no staff was available for drop off. Again, the U-Haul app was non functional in assistance with drop off and continued to say error. Will not be renting from U-Haul again.
