Convenience store operator could not speak English. When he finally understood I was there to pick up trailer, he pointed to it. When I asked if I didn't need to sign paperwork he said no, no...email, email. He did not help hook up trailer, inspect or help test lights. When I got home with the trailer a few minutes later, I had an email. I had previously received a $55 quote for my reservation, but received a $85 charge, $25 insurance which i did not want and a contract signed by someone other than me. I contacted customer service to express my concern about this location and falsification of contract.

The person who served me was extremely rude, unhelpful to customers, and caused future customers to have a bad experience.
Fernando AHe's rude and a scammer! Charged my card for things I said I did not want. I got yelled at ad soon as i pulled up while trying to take pictures of the uhaul. I asked why he yelled at me and he just kept shaking his head and wouldn't answer. I spoke to a Uhaul rep on the phone that said I would hear from her the next day on being reimbursed for the charge i never asked for. I never got a call, message, nothing!
Aubrei MIt would help if U Haul would do unlimited miles if you were returning the truck the same day. when I went and got the 10 inch U-Haul truck I paid $133 so they gave me 30 miles free and then I had to turn around and pay another $86. That’s damn near $200 and something to rent a U-Haul truck to be turned in the same day but different location. I’m so glad I won’t have to use another U-Haul truck and wouldn’t recommend nobody to use them either. If you can find somebody with a truck, that’ll be your best bet.
TANISHA FI arrived at my pickup time 8am and this location was closed. I’m glad I didn’t try to pickup at 7am. They finally showed up at 8:30am.
