Back tail light was not working after we got it home

William MDue to a language barrier, I found it difficult to communicate and understand the store worker. I had to wait my turn as he was checking out customers in the convenience store. I did communicate with a uhaul representative over the phone to complete my reservation. I could have done this personally on my phone instead on the noise in the store.
