Make sure its known that days dont matter its miles. I've used uhaul before and mileage was not an issue when I moved from 3 states away. To be charged and extra 125$ after I paid for 2 extra days and returned the day before the final day... a little mad is an understatement.
Aaron LI have never been to a location where in house staff was not knowledgeable with Uhaul. There is no orange drop box and I did not feel comfortable providing any information to store clerk who told me I did not have a reservation. I was able to change to an online pick up to which I would highly suggest people use. Uhaul was great but this location was not.
Kelsey MI didn’t understand why the location on Vernon Rd. Lagrange Ga. Charge me $194 and the U-Haul website charged me $120 plus.
