It would have been nice if I had known that if you return the item to Uhaul late that the late fee would be automatically paid using the card on record. US Bank has to put a stop on my card and has frozen my due to suspicious activity and will not reopen it until the investigation has been completed.

Lloyd LThe issue was not with the location or the people at this location at all. It was completely with the mobile app as it would not function correctly in any capacity so trying to check it out, I was able to use those on site. Trying to check it in, the person had not yet been trained as they were a new employee. That being said, it should not be this difficult to use this app. And then without even notifying me that anything went through or didn't go through. It would appear to have gone through on the other end in the end. But it would not even let me. Answer all the questions. The app was absolutely miserable. The fact that you want to charge me to use the help of the people on site even though it's your app that fails. It's just a crappy moment. Also, upon making my reservation, my safe move amount was $5 and by using the app you forced me to spend $15 of which I was not happy about. And it would also help if your technician would actually do the correct repair on the unit that I drove because it is quite the trick to be able to clear the codes in order to see the mileage.
