The drop off location was great, the person was very professional. The truck was in good working condition except the issue was the truck when picked up in Lasalle QC, the side passenger mirror was loose and not able to stay in proper position which led to a stressful and dangerous trip while changing lanes (QC to BC)

Mirza HI had registered a dolly with my U-Haul Truck, But I was not provided dolly, I had to lift everything with my hands. Also, I was provided key 25 minutes late.
