I had registered a dolly with my U-Haul Truck, But I was not provided dolly, I had to lift everything with my hands. Also, I was provided key 25 minutes late.

Adel SExcellent service, but a great number of trucks parked outside, making it difficult to bring in an additional 15 foot truck. U-Haul must pick up at midday to allow late comers to park appropriately.
Michel GI will never use U Haul again. The one day I needed a u haul the whole system was down and I was unable to retrieve anything for 2 hours
