Bad customer service, bad location, and bad overall. Will never ever go back there rent again. I can’t believe U-Haul will allow such place to carry their brand.
PAUL WToo much for me to do on the app. I felt like I was an U-Haul employee. You have moved the administrative burden to the customer. The phone call to two friends to confirm my identity was useless, invasive and a very strange phone interaction for my friends. I will look for other options before ever renting a U-Haul again.

RICHARD CUnbelievable location. Can’t understand how you can allow this to be a uhaul dealer. The access and parking and crew are atrocious. Horrific access. Horrific for trailing and a—hole customer service crew who couldn’t care less. Horrific beyond words. Never. Ever. Ever. Again. Am cross posting on Yelp and other sites. Fix this.
