ANNA SOur contracted drop off location got changed by UHaul after we picked up our moving truck. We were called during the day while we were driving and moving to our new location so we didn’t get the message in a timely fashion. By the time we were able to get the message and call back, UHaul was closed. We were forced to return our equipment to the reassigned location and we ended up getting billed for being over contracted mileage by one mile. Our original location would’ve been fine! This feels like a money grab opportunity for you while we have no options. The reassigned location didn’t open until 9 am but our contract said we needed to turn it in by 7 am. We were forced to return the truck through the app. The location has terrible access and it was not readily apparent where we were supposed to park the vehicle. Again, no options available to us.
