terrible drop off location, absolutely no space.......dropped trailer off, never again at this location.

Reserved online. Picking up the truck was easy and straight forward. It took longer to take and upload pictures on the website than it did to get the keys. The vehicle was in good condition, drop off was quick and my receipt was sent within 10 minutes.

JAMES SThe location and experience was great. However, I think that using the app to check in and out was NOT easy. The pictures I took of the truck before and after were not accepted and it would not tell me why. The page kept refreshing and making me start over (during check in AND out). When I ordered, checked in and checked out, it made it seem as though I was being re-charged each time and now I am nervous I was charged three times. It seems as though the app has some glitches that need to be worked out on the tech end.
Carlyn HThe actual office is sitting in a corner that’s hidden by all the storage units. you can approve this by getting better signs that are up high and clear to the viewers and drivers passing by to say U-Haul office located here and possibly have an arrow pointing that it’s right there.
