As a customer it's really frustrating to reserve a truck, then have someone call the day before changing the truck size, work to get the size we want at a different location, only to get another call the day of, again changing location and size. In the end everything worked out but that was added stress during a stressful time. The young woman at the Lacombe location was amazing.
