We wasted an hour and a half with this guy trying to get the truck. Seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. We booked everything online which seemed pointless. I had people being paid to help. Had to pay them to wait for this guy. Price went up by !40 from the online booking and he couldn’t explain why.
