Ian FThey had our truck ready to go on a cold snowy morning. The customer service rep was very helpful, pleasant and courteous.
Theresa Tthe vehicle had a very rough ride, reeked of fuel (possibly needs a proper tune-up) and was very sluggish on the highway. Kindly do a thorough good on the engine, even if it's an older vehicle there's no excuse for this.
