They had our truck ready to go on a cold snowy morning. The customer service rep was very helpful, pleasant and courteous.
Theresa Tthe vehicle had a very rough ride, reeked of fuel (possibly needs a proper tune-up) and was very sluggish on the highway. Kindly do a thorough good on the engine, even if it's an older vehicle there's no excuse for this.
Judy TWe wasted an hour and a half with this guy trying to get the truck. Seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. We booked everything online which seemed pointless. I had people being paid to help. Had to pay them to wait for this guy. Price went up by !40 from the online booking and he couldn’t explain why.
