Area we picked it up from was totally ice covered. Trailer tongue was frozen in ice. No trailer jack or anything to assist in picking up the trailer onto the hitch. Staff was great but was not impressed with the parking lot situation.

They were very nice... The only problem I have is that I'm 68 years young but I've had spinal fusion... They don't volunteer help ... I like the people but they really need to send 1 to 2 people to help their customers... My wife and I were stuck unhooking the same type of trailer... She blew out a disk in her back... Please make sure all of you stores help their customers PLEASE!!!! Thanks for your help David Brandel...

JAY PThe only thing that I would say to improve on is I understand that we have to use a credit card to hold the truck to use it. But when we get done if we want to pay cash we should be able to. The lady at the Ladysmith store told me that you guys at U-Haul make it really difficult for them to let the customer pay cash. They'd rather use the credit card. That's the only thing that I think you guys could change. Make it easy and simple. If a person wants to pay cash not everybody wants to put that on their credit card because they charge so much interest. But we understand we have to use the credit card to get the truck. But if we're able to pay cash at the end let us pay cash. That's it! Thank you!
