Took forever to get my Uhaul, then it wasn't cleaned off from the snow storm from the previous week. Parking lot wasn't taken care of & it's a tough location to get onto the street & I ended up getting stuck in snow before getting out of the lot. Partly my fault, but I also couldn't see the road or even where the snow was. The gentlemen inside were very helpful however & got the truck out before roadside assistance could get there. Probably would've had a better experieence in better weather, so that probably contributes to the rating some
