How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was a one way rental. I was told locally that the truck could be returned to whatever the nearest U-Haul dealer was in our destination. But the contract stated a very specific location not close to our destination. Same town, opposite side. I called that location and that associate warned that there is a stiff penalty for turning the truck in at a different location. We got it done but it added more stress to an already stressful move. Alantae CVery helpful and customer service friendly!
Brian DThe gentleman whom I returned the truck to was genuinely one of the nicest people ever. It was a long trip for me and his kindness at the end of it was so appreciated. Thank you!
