The truck was fine but it drive very rough. Also the pick up was weird. I thought I was choosing to rent without having to speak to an attendant, but when I got there the boxes outside were just for show and I had to go to the counter. The attendant was kind, but the pick up was sketchy. He had to call a number that did not answer. They called back, and he ignored it. Then he had me call with my personal phone and they hung up and called the attendant back. It was uncomfortable and weird. If you offer hands off pick up, don’t make someone have to go inside. And definitely don’t make them have to call an unknown number.
