This was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had.I was given 1 address in my email to pick up the truck than when I got there the people had no idea why so I had to call uhaul apparently it was changed to another pick up location where no one was there to assist It was through an app that didn't work so than I had to call uhaul again was send a short video to watch tried it again still didn't work so because I was passed my pick up time so had to wait another 30 minutes for a new pick up time and once again app didn't work called uhaul again the lady tried to help by finding a new place to pick up a truck that was another 30 minutes than at the end she gives me a different way to get on the site to get the key out of the lock box. All that mess and not once was I offered any discounts or anything . Never will I do that again

I didn’t like the last minute change of pickup location. It was an hour out of my way. I chose the other location for my reservation because it was close to my storage units.
