Did not do what they said or agreed to
STEPHEN BEquipment was very rocky like something is wrong with the tires which caused my glass table to broke due to the truck not being in good shape. Now I have to spend 800.00 on a glass for my table which U-Haul will not refund me for. I will not get another U-Haul truck if I can help it I will go to another trucking company.
OLISHA TI've used this U-Haul rental station several times and they've always consistently just been very polite very helpful you don't feel pressured to buy anything you don't need it's a consistently reliable pleasant experience thank you.
