. HThe drop off location is inconvenient to get to from Vernon. Unnecessary time and mileage when there were available openings for drop off in Vernon. Better communication needed.

MALCOLM HQuite a joke actually. We’d phoned the day before to confirm our delivery and when location was open. Published as 8:00am but owner didn’t arrive till after 8:30.When I responded to his complaint as to where I’ll parked the trailer, I said you’re supposed to be open at 8:00. The owner angrily commented back that this was his business and he’d open when he felt like it. In the end, I acquired my required photos and left at 8:50, which made me late by 30 minutes. I’d suggest removing the location as a U-Haul depot as in your companies best interest.
