No issues with drop off - he handled everything for me. Night and day difference with my pick up.

The owner, Joe (?), is a vulgar, racist swine, with no knowledge of how to use a computer or interact with other humans; he would fit well into the Republican Party in the US. He did not even check the signal and brake lights.
Jason DUnsafe drop off location right off the highway. Was nowhere to park, it's easily a 25+ minute commute to detour around or go back into lake county. Extremely rude staff, instructions said to park in a safe location and drop off keys in drop box. Didn't exist, employee ignored me disregarded me and swore at me. Nightmare of an experience with uhaul will never use again.
Tasha BThis was a very unusual location. The site was extremely difficult to navigate as there were far too many Uhaul Trucks and Trailers parked haphazardly everywhere. The owner/attendant was an older gentleman named Joe. I only learned this after speaking with his wife on the telephone. He was at first very gregarious- but very inappropriate and made some funny but unnecessary comments toward my wife. . He was difficult to communicate with and seemed that he was being unfiltered and aggressive. I was being polite and respectful- he told me to be quite and started Stating repeatedly ….i needed to look him in the eye. Stating this was his property for 100 years ….. etc. we simply wanted to unhook our trailer and offload the car in a safe area after a 1300 KM drive that took 2 days and about 19 Hrs of driving. We tried to communicate our intentions to drop off the car transport trailer first and then return to deliver the truck back at a later time after it was unloaded and that seemed to cause more distress. He eventually called his son who came and directed us where to park the trailer. It was rather simple in-fact. We later returned the truck after unloading with the appropriate fuel level and clean inside and out. The truck was returned with fewer than the allotted KM. We made quick work of it as I had no patience for a repeat of the events of earlier in the day. Our final interaction was Joe asserting “it better be clean” as this was not his job and he would charge us extra etc. etc. he hadn't even set foot out of the office. This is a great opportunity for training on customer service and communication. Overall a very negative experience.
