TODD MYou can fix your APP!!! I loaded everything into the APP two days before the pickup date, to make things go smoothly when I picked up the truck. I received confirmation that everything was ready. And when I got to Quickship Mail & Business center I had to reload everything again. Then the APP would not give me the lock code to allow me to retrieve the keys. I called your customer service number and the person on the other end got frustrated and hung up on me. I called your customer service again and finally got to speak with someone that knew what they were doing and was able to give me the lock code. The entire pickup process took 45 minutes, which is totally unacceptable, especially since I had already loaded in all of the information in advance!!!
