There was a severe crack in the windshield. The biggest issue was the fact that my reservation was rerouted to this location, which was the furthest location from my house. I passed 2 other locations on my way there. Also, when I did not show up at the reservation time, they cancelled it, and I had to call to get it back on. They said they called me first but people cannot always answer their phone. No text was sent other than the cancellation notice. The only reason I can see for changing locations is to add miles to the drive so more could be charged. I am also disabled so sometimes I take longer to get ready to go somewhere. Not happy at all.
Jim LWhen I arrived the U-Haul was not even ready. It was barely being cleaned. The dolly had no strap down so it was bouncing everywhere. The clothes I purchased was opened and was not a full set. I had to reuse one from a the people that just used the U-Haul and didn’t clean it. So the ones I used had dirt all over it. I just have to pray they didn’t have bed bugs or anything else. I forced twice to make changes to my reservation from a 10 foot to a 25 foot to a 20 foot. Forced to move locations even further than where I needed to go. The bigger trucks waste more gas so it’s annoying I was forced into using one of those instead on top of being put farther away.
Vincent STrailer was full of dust. When I got to my destination every thing was covered in it.
Charles LI was told to put 1/4 of gas but when I turned on the truck it was empty. Don’t see how that is fair. And then the truck was super hard to get out of the location because it was put in toward and there was no space to go out
