U-Haul was closed at arrival. Called, no answer, after 15 mins an old lady walked out in her pajamas. I had to hook up my own trailer, check myself in, absolutely no customer service to speak of. She hardly spoke any English. At return, again, was closed. Someone from a mechanic shop on the property came out, looked around and said drop it in the corner and walked away. I took full photos on my cell of the trailer so I couldn’t be charged for any damages or theft. It’s just an open lot anyone can walk on and just steal what they want. This place needs to be shut down. 100% unacceptable. Garbage service. Will NEVER return to this location.
