both representatives were very professional and courteous. I called twice prior to pick up, requested to pick up a day earlier, the lady remembered my first call. after hour drop off was easy.
Octavio DThe organization of the lot, entrance, & parking is absolutely terrible. It’s a constant game of Tetris for the staff, and customers can’t easily get in and out. It’s on a very busy road, so that complicates things too. The people are nice, & the equipment is well cared for and newer.
