Todd LThere was a severe crack in the windshield. The biggest issue was the fact that my reservation was rerouted to this location, which was the furthest location from my house. I passed 2 other locations on my way there. Also, when I did not show up at the reservation time, they cancelled it, and I had to call to get it back on. They said they called me first but people cannot always answer their phone. No text was sent other than the cancellation notice. The only reason I can see for changing locations is to add miles to the drive so more could be charged. I am also disabled so sometimes I take longer to get ready to go somewhere. Not happy at all.
