I called to confirm that I could drop the trailer off after hours. I was told a good spot to park and had no problem finding it when I arrived. After the weekend, I got a confirmation that the trailer return was documented. Thank you.

JOE CWhen I arrived to pickup equipment they were confused by the type of truck I had reserved a week before and the equipment reserved with the truck i.e. appliance dolly. Once the truck paper work was completed they couldn't find the appliance dolly. I had to go out and search all the u-haul equipment on site to see if I could find the dolly. She indicated it must have been stolen and there was nothing they could do to help me. They told me to see if i could find one at another u-haul location. Also, not knowing it at the time, the inner tire on the drivers side was either low or flat. I didn't discover this until we had loaded and started our trip to Georgia. I tried checking tire pressure but there was no reading. I called RSA and they came out and found that the tire stem was lose on the rim as well as a bad tire stem extension. He indicated that you would not been able to read tire pressure with it. RSA was the most courteous and professional of service tech's I've seen in a long time. We were delayed by about 3 hours until we got back on the road.
