While the equipment itself worked fine, the app barely worked and finding the return box for the key at the return location was a nightmare and I had to call after hours support in order to do so. I also almost returned the key without filling out the return process because the app bugged and said I was done but the process never actually finished. The only reason I found out was because the support agent told me, he did great but everything else around the return and pickup was awful and makes me never want to use this service again.

Timely and convenient
Shelby MIt was a last minute thing,wanted a 10 foot u-haul but didn't have any but got a 15 foot and it was fast and easy to check out
DOLORES BI would recommend that this location check orders more carefully. The dolly and pads I had selected in my order were not included in my truck. Other than that, the location is great, the truck was easy to locate and very clean. Pick up was easy and efficient.
