LAURA RThe person who helped us was very nice but had a hard time finding our reservation in the system...had to make many calls. We drove the truck about 8 miles TOTAL and barely used it but when I returned it we were charged for 3 gallons of gas which was CRAZY. I would recommend the storage facility but not renting a truck there....i felt like they nickeled and dimed me for the gas.
