While giving an average rating (expectations low) and a yes on both questions above please note the following, I waited 75 minutes to drop off a trailer! There was one person working on Saturday morning and there was one customer in the building when I arrived. I was told to have a seat. By listening and watching I think the biggest problem was technology and user. Several things had to be redone and redone and then the wait time for the computer to work. 75 minutes after I entered the establishment I was asked , "how can I help you?" Took 3 minutes to confirm drop off. I think there should be a better way to prevent such a monumental waste of time.

MECHELLE MMore gas and product that was ordered. Was picking up at 7 am in a small town where no gas stations were open yet. Truck only had 1/8 tank of gas. Not enough to make to next town. Appliance dolly that was rented was not in truck. After about a hour delay someone with business did show up to get dolly and pointed me to the nearest open now gas station. After making it to gas station they only had premium gas that was almost $5.00 a gallon.

MADISON BBecause I was a few hours late turning the truck in, I was charged an extra day. It was still back on the day it was due. And then to suggest that I stole the truck!?! I have used Uhaul all my life but I will NOT be using it again and I will tell people about my experience.
