Was supposed to be open Sun until 4:30 pm ... called office number and owner said they are closed on Sunday. Had to wait for owner to come from home and accept truck. Took 3 days to process check in. Invoice showed $20 fee for after houurs check in. Called Uhaul Corp and got this charge reversed.

We had our pickup scheduled for 10AM when the location opens and the owner didn't show up until 10:20 with his wife. The experience was overall unprofessional and disorganized.
