MALANA RThis place is completely not professional. We had to wait an unusable amount of time. There were other’s waiting as well. We all know moving is stressful. Therefore, at least picking up a truck shouldn’t be stressful.
Nancy EThis place is abandoned. It should not be considered a Uhaul location at all. I had to call the 800 number for service and was told to leave the key in an unlocked tool box that's been abandoned in a pile of old tires and garbage. Ashley at the call center was helpful but other than that, this was a terrible place to drop off the truck.
