Super easy. The front desk person was able to refund me for the blankets we did not receive.
JONAH PThe check engine light came on during my first trip of 35 miles each way, this alarmed me enough to return the vehicle after the first trip and call it good. Once I returned, I was told this happens all of the time, had I known that in the beginning, it would have helped me to stick with it, and not be overly concerned. The back of the truck was cleaner when I left it, than when I found it.
SHAWNA CMy agent at the clock tower location in Lake Stevens, WA assisting me the afternoon of 7/29 was top notch. She advised of availability of other locations due to the lack of an available vehicle. She called me immediately when a reservation was cancelled which allowed me to rent and complete an important job. When I returned, she came into the parking lot and greeted me by name with a smile. Personal service is a differentiator and your site manager was wonderful.
STEVEN SI was told the tank was at 5/8 when apparently was listed at 7/8.
