We pulled in there after hours, lot was filled with broken down trucks, when we tried to use so or even call U-Haul neither worked! Tried for 45 minutes in rain to drop unit off. Finally took it home. Next day went back and fella pointed to where we should put it, my husband had to physically push the trailer into the space, no help or room to maneuver. Our complaint is more that the ap did not work and when calling or trying to chat with uhaul no one answered after waiting 45 minutes still no response!

The Rental went perfect. The LaMont automotive location is great. The App is a nightmare. it spends all my time trying to upsell stuff. And it changed my location to rent from, because the size trailer I wanted was not at the location. U Haul is great your app is a nightmare.
