This location was a ripoff. I rented a $20 u haul truck and finished with a $177.70 bill. They took the money out of my checking account without asking me first. This caused a problem with my scheduled bills.

Truck rented was old with a lot of miles on it. Would prefer a truck easier to drive. But it was clean and office staff very nice and helpful.
Leonard SDon't say my reservation is guaranteed where I reserve it and then change it 5 TIMES before the day I pick it up! Also “find keys Combination (BOLT)” is very confusing. Thats like saying Combination Lock where LOCK is the word to put in the dial.
