I rented a 10’ truck and when I went out to get it the truck was a disaster. The cargo area was left open and was filled with debris. Broken glass, pieces of drywall and insulation were ankle deep inside. I had to contact the store to have the branch representative clean it out. Once that was done , I started the truck and there was no gas in it. I had to put gas into it just to use it. If you are renting a truck, you might want to rent from another store, at least one that pays attention to the inventory that rents out.

Carlos MThis location is ok, the staff is not the friendliest staff. My issue was with my original reservation, I had requested the truck at another location and when I arrived the truck was not there nor anyone to assist. when I call the number in the reservation they answered I told them about the issue and then placed my on hold for over 7 minutes and then the call was dropped. I tried to call them several times and did not answers. I called the 1800 number and they were able to provide another truck but I had to spent $20 on a Lyft service to get to the other location. I would like to get reimburse for that. When I went to return the truck I used the application but never received confirmation in the App so I have to go back tomorrow during business hours to drop off the key and make sure they return went trhough.

Michele Ayour return service was no good for after hours. I tried to send pictures and it would not let me. Not something I wanted to deal with after moving all day in 100 degrees. Getting the truck was very easy so thanks for that.
