All went as smooth as possible. We rented a 26 foot truck but saw a 15 footer when we arrived. They had no problem switching the contract and renting us the 15 foot truck. Fast efficient service.

I’ve had this same truck multiple times and the driver door doesn’t even close all the way. The service tire pressure sensor light was on. The truck yanks to the right when you hit the brakes. And there was probably 500 ants inside the cab as well as a spider and web in the corner. I wouldn’t even complain like this but it’s just too many things to not. The amount of ants was insane and disgusting.

Louis JThe staff was rude and distant. They were annoyed to have to deal with me. Did not say hello, the only time they spoke was to ask for my license and when they told me the dolly I reserved was not available the guy from the back shouted “it’s not our fault we just got this reservation yesterday!” The trailer was parked on a sloped / downhill section of their lot. When I opened it and stepped in to inspect the inside the trailer started rolling and the hitch receiver hit the back of my car and dented it. The employee standing there said nothing. I noticed the dent when we got home. I was shocked and very upset that 1. The trail did not have a wheel stop to keep it from moving during my required inspection at pickup and 2. That the employee did not say anything when it happened right in front of him. It was very upsetting and disappointing
Kevin BI rented a 10’ truck and when I went out to get it the truck was a disaster. The cargo area was left open and was filled with debris. Broken glass, pieces of drywall and insulation were ankle deep inside. I had to contact the store to have the branch representative clean it out. Once that was done , I started the truck and there was no gas in it. I had to put gas into it just to use it. If you are renting a truck, you might want to rent from another store, at least one that pays attention to the inventory that rents out.
