I had to go to 3 different locations before finally getting my reservation because the first one failed to set the truck up to be picked up after hours, the second did not even have the truck that I was sent there to get, and the third was scrambling as well trying to get the truck. I was also told I was getting a $50 credit but instead was charged in full and am now trying to dispute with U-Haul to get the credit I was promised

Nothing, the lady at the counter was very welcoming and thoroughly explained everything. The maintenance man came out and informed me about the tow light and why it was on. Easy, close place for me to rent and return from.
DAVID BOffice was closed at 2:15, which was my reservation time. Was unable to pick up truck rental until after 3pm. Office posted hours said closed for lunch from 1pm - 2pm
Ciera GI had an amazing experience with the U haul dealer used in my latest move. Lisa was a delight to deal with. She had the perfect vehicle available for my needs. Everything went very smooth. The only issue was the fueling upon return. I drove the vehicle less than 24 miles total, yet had to put 8 gallons of gas into it to bring to the "full" mark I received it as. Lisa made things right and I left feeling good about my overall experience.
