Place was closed. Parking lot was small. Parking spaces were narrow. Was charged extra day. Dropped key in box on Sunday and they billed me for Mondaym

Have employees that know what’s going on. The manager called me and had me bring the rental back to this location. When I got there he wasn’t there instead there was someone filling in. The lady filling in told me they don’t take back tow dollies and I would have to return where I got it. I told here I wasn’t taking back to Massachusetts. She called another manager and they finally said to leave it and they would deal with it. I’ll never go through U-Haul again.
Frederick U92 Saver is EXCELLENT, U-Haul themselves tried unsuccessfully to charge me for two days when I only had the vehicle for 11 hours.
