Every truck seems to be quite different. I would suggest whoever is going to handle the rentals familiarize themselves with each type of truck and show customers where everything is on the dashboard and other control panels It would help to know what all the indicators are BEFORE your drive away and it is much easier to drive if your know where everything is located. You may think this is a small thing but when driving different trucks every time it would be go to know before you take is Everyone was great! Thank you!

Michael eMy pickup location was changed due to an equipment issue. I received a call from the new location even before I knew of the change so I called my original location to verify the change. I had an appliance hand truck on my reservation. They did not have one and DID NOT tell me. Instead they put in a very small hand truck. and did not change the charge amount. We were moving a refrigeratior and absolutely had to have the appliance one. We had to find another location with one and go there to pick it up which caused issues when I did the drop-off. They could not do the return for the separate contract for some reason. I had them sign the paper contract that it was returned and I never received confirmation that they had checked it back in as I was told I would.
Cheryl UPlace was closed. Parking lot was small. Parking spaces were narrow. Was charged extra day. Dropped key in box on Sunday and they billed me for Mondaym
