... take into account that this location is in a remote part of Oregon. We picked UHaul because we could return the vehicle there. This is a "Tire Shop" in this small community, ... they are a reputable business and an asset to the community.
CHERYL MThe operator was rude and swearing obsenities the whole time I was there at the pick up location. The trailer was 34 years ols and in poor condition. Paint peeling off the sides. The wooden slats inside was missing on the right hand side. So hard to fasten items down. Generally a poor experience. I have rented regulary from U-Haul this was definitely the worst rental to date.
