The roof leaked (we found out when it rained) so we and our stuff in the cab console got wet. Cup holder was half full of water when we got back into it. Would have been nice to have some sort of credit offered for that inconvenience. Needed to adjust return time but app wouldn't let us so had to call but it doesn't let you reach the local location directly, it takes you to a corporate switchboard which is annoying. Should be able to call the local location direct.
LAUREN DGreat experience! Would definitely use them again. Very helpful and accommodating. I had to change the pickup date because my apt. wasn't ready and they made it work. Also very happy with their storage units. Very clean and well managed.
