It took 45 minutes to get the vehicle. I completed everything including payment online and it still took a full 45-50 minutes as the clerk fumbled around the software uploading my drivers license multiple times even though I had already done so.

SHALA RIncredibly tight and congested parking lot full of active fuel islands and painters. Trailer drop-off required backing our 10ft moving truck with nearly non-existent visibility across the busy driveway of the gas station, next to in-use fuel pumps, into a parking spot between another trailer and a large electrical transformer. The only employees on site was a gas station clerk who had to call the owner for instructions. He wasn’t much help either. We will not use this location again.
