The clerk could not figure out how to do any of the contract and got it wrong in the end. I ended up having to call Uhaul direct to get it fixed. The truck had only 12k miles on it but vibrated so bad coming down hills in the mountains that it shook my hands off the steering wheel. Bad experience all the way around.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEnsure all safety features of vehicle are maintained. Brakes squeaked, right hand turn signal did not work and tires were very squishy.
Cyndy CWhile the location was convenient for drop-off it is a gas station so had limited signage to indicate where to park or even if U-Haul trucks were available for drop-off at this location. The guy was helpful but we most likely would find a real U-Haul locations for any future rental/drop off needs.

Daniel HIt took 45 minutes to get the vehicle. I completed everything including payment online and it still took a full 45-50 minutes as the clerk fumbled around the software uploading my drivers license multiple times even though I had already done so.
