Personnel only by phone. Never met them. So was over on miles and trying to explain that. And I still get charged. I have an open complaint now with them.

Great place
HOLLY MHad help for me due to having issues. Was very happy with service. Also was told after rental that drop off was 45 mins to where I thought it was said. Hoping for extra miles allowance.
