The cargo trailer had no hitch pin to keep the tongue locked onto the ball. I discovered this only after it got it home to start loading. I had to improvise a hitch pin myself. The pick up location should have known it needed one when he hitched it into my truck.

ALLAN UThe personnel at the location was great! The fact that there was only one person working at a smoke shop/U-Haul is un-expectable! The pickup transaction was basicly them verifying my reservation and giving me my invoice/contract. There needs to be someone there to walk the piece of equipment, assist with hook-up and wiring. The videos I was sent told me just how to do everything, however it is difficult to watch a video and do the process at the time. I would guess that most renters are not going to watch the video to begin with.
