I would prefer a U-Haul place that did not sell cigs, bongs, cigars, etc, as well as items for adults (pills for sex). I found the sex pills to be really inappropriate for a U-Haul place. My first reservation was for a 15’ truck and the air conditioner did not work. I found this out after driving it home. I had to return it. I did get a free upgrade to a 20’ truck, but I had to visit the same location with adult items. Overall I did not like my entire experience. I personally visited my local U-Haul place and expected to pick up my truck from them. I also did not receive my requested appliance dolly, so it had to be delivered, which caused a delay to my day. This was not my first U-Haul rental. All other times were wonderful experiences. The ideal that I personally visited a local U-Haul place to make my reservation, then I got sent to another location, really did not sit well with me.

PATRICIA LThe cargo trailer had no hitch pin to keep the tongue locked onto the ball. I discovered this only after it got it home to start loading. I had to improvise a hitch pin myself. The pick up location should have known it needed one when he hitched it into my truck.
