We attempted to use the APP to rent our truck that had been reserved. This was a disaster. Calling all the given and available numbers, with NO successful outcome. Had to postpone to the next day. Received a phone call early the next morning from Rick Jackson who was handling things the next day. Wow!!! how smoothly everything went with his very professional service.
DAVID FIt's always my pleasure to satisfy this company's worthy services offering for needy people. I have been using their services for many years and I believe in what they do. However, I recommend that you don't add to the daily rental fees. The economy is getting worse and people including my family are struggling to make ends meet. God bless you

MICHAEL LVery nice gentleman. I showed him how the check engine light was on when I got ( I had picture) and told him how bad it drove. He said it probably needed maintenance. I swept out the truck before returning and also put more gas in it....than when I picked it up.
