ROY SWe attempted to use the APP to rent our truck that had been reserved. This was a disaster. Calling all the given and available numbers, with NO successful outcome. Had to postpone to the next day. Received a phone call early the next morning from Rick Jackson who was handling things the next day. Wow!!! how smoothly everything went with his very professional service.

However, I recommend that you don't add to the daily rental fees. The economy is getting worse and people including my family are struggling to make ends meet. God bless you
