Reservation were for dropoff at this location...when I arrived I was informed the dropoff was changed to further location but they were nice enough to do dropoff and not make me go to another location...
HAROLD Bif it wasn't for Eileen Glanto at the office in Columbia we would have been stranded she helped us through all the process which is very complicated , And just to let you know we were sent to Waxhaw NC to pick up a van from Lancaster SC when we arrived they were closed we were told to go back to Lancaster SC thanks to Eileen we were able to get the van if not for her getting us through this mess i don't know what we would have done We are very grateful to her you are very lucky to have a devoted employee like her
